The Social Welfare Department (SWD) of Uttar Pradesh has initiated the application process for free coaching admissions for the IAS and PCS examinations for the year 2025. Important Dates:
- Application Start Date: February 25, 2025
- Application End Date: March 31, 2025
- Admit Card Release: April 15, 2025
- Entrance Exam Date: April 27, 2025
- Result Declaration: May 15, 2025
- Coaching Commencement: July 2025
Eligibility Criteria:
- Residency: Must be a domicile of Uttar Pradesh.
- Categories Eligible: OBC, SC, and ST candidates.
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Age Limit: Minimum age of 21 years as of July 1, 2025.
- Annual Family Income: Should be less than ₹6 lakh.
Application Process:
Registration:
- Visit the official website: https://socialwelfareup.upsdc.gov.in/.
- Click on the 'Free Coaching Scheme' section and select 'IAS/PCS Coaching 2025'.
- Register by providing basic details and create a password.
Filling the Application Form:
- Log in using your credentials.
- Complete the application form with personal, educational, and contact details.
- Select the preferred coaching center.
Uploading Documents:
- Recent passport-sized photograph.
- Signature.
- 10th and Graduation certificates.
- Valid Photo ID proof (Aadhar/PAN/Driving License, etc.).
- Category certificate.
- Income certificate.
Submission:
- Review the application form thoroughly.
- Submit the form and take a printout of the confirmation page for future reference.
Selection Process:
- Candidates will be selected based on an entrance examination scheduled for April 27, 2025.
- Admit cards will be available from April 15, 2025.
- The results of the entrance exam will be declared on May 15, 2025.

- Sant Ravidas IAS/PCS Coaching Center, Varanasi: 100 seats
- Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Coaching, Agra: 100 seats
- Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Coaching, Aligarh: 100 seats
- Prayagraj Center: 50 seats
- Gorakhpur Center: 100 seats
